I våras tog vi in ett företag som spolade rent föreningen stammar från fastighet ut till kommunens anslutningspunkt och gjorde en rörinspektion för att vi skulle få en bedömning av våra befintliga rör för vår underhållsplan.
Bedömningen har kommit tillbaka och generellt är konditionen god på vår anläggning, det finns ett par ställen som vi behöver bevaka och två anmärkningar där vi rekommenderas att titta på att åtgärda, dock inte akut.
Rekommendationen är att fortsätta spola föreningens samlingsledningar för spillvatten för att i god tid upptäcka risker för driftstörningar eller skador och även uppmuntra fastighetsägarna i föreningen att spola sina egna stammar för att bidra till samlingsledningarnas fortsatta goda kondition, se exempel på bilderna nedan.
Tis spring, we brought in a company that flushed clean the water stems from the properties out to the municipality's connection point and did an inspection so that we could get an assessment of our existing pipes for our maintenance plan.
The assessment has come back and in general the condition is good, there are a couple of places that we need to monitor and two remarks where we are recommended to look at repairs, but not urgently.
The recommendation is to continue flushing the association's pipes for waste water in order to detect risks of malfunctions or damage in good time and also to encourage the property owners in the association to flush their own pipes to contribute to the continued good condition of the pipes, see examples in the pictures above.
