Vi går nu vidare med spolning och rörinspektion i samfällighetsföreningen.
Vecka 22 kommer arbetet att ske och då kommer vi att ha begränsad framkomlighet, hur lång tid arbetet kommer ta beror på hur många fastigheter som vill passa på att spola sina egna stammar samtidigt.
Det som kan hända när de spolar i stammen vid din fastighet är att vakuumet vid vattenlåsen blir påverkade och det kan då lukta lite avlopp tills man spolat och fyllt på med vatten i vattenlåset.

Underhåll av spillvattenledningar i bostäder
Arbete innefattar grenledningar och enskilda stammar. Högtrycksspolning med hetvatten sker från vattenlåset under diskbänken, från golvbrunnar i våtutrymmen samt från tvättställ i ev. gäst-wc. Grenledningar rensas ut till stam och till samfällighetens samlingsledning

We are now proceeding with flushing and pipe inspection in the community. The work will be initiated week 22 and during that week we will have limited accessibility, how long the work will take depends on how many properties want to flush their own pipes at the same time.
What can happen when they flush outside your property is that the vacuum at the water traps is affected and it can then smell a bit of sewage until you flush and fill the water trap with water.
If you are interested in flushing your own pipes at the same time and using the same supplier, contact Johannes at Rörex with your contact details, adress and id number. The work is estimated to take approx. 2 hours and the sooner they hear from you the better they can plan, no later than Tuesday week 21.
Johannes also wanted to send a simplified offer which then only refers to the flushing of your pipes.
Maintenance of waste water pipes in homes
Work includes branch lines and individual master pipe. High-pressure flushing with hot water takes place from the water trap under the sink, from floor drains in wet areas and from wash basins. Branch lines are cleared to the stem and to the community's collection line.
